I am a senior associate of the Institute of IT Trainers, with over 17 years successful experience in all aspects of the IT training process. I deliver a full training service which includes: Training Needs Analysis, Course Development, and Course Delivery & Post-Course Assessment. My portfolio includes the Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, E-mail, Internet, Graphics, Project Management & Training the Trainer. With my proven project management expertise, and an ability to understand training issues encountered by customers, I am able to respond quickly with effective solutions.

Experience:
A high street travel agent needed to upgrade, standardize and optimize the IT skills of its entire staff in order to support its rapid and consistent growth. As an interim manger, I was recruited to work as part of the existing team to develop and deliver a ‘tailored’ training programme in-house.
