PROFILE

I have 17 years recruitment, personnel and training experience. I'm a Saville and Holdsworth assessor and can offer tailor made assessment centres to organisations including psychometric testing. Having worked with 100’s of organisations of varying sizes, I can bring a wealth of skills, experience and knowledge to any company I work with.

I have also helped organisations achieve Investors In People and IS09002 as well as attaining various awards within their industry.

Experience:
I was the founder and creator of Horizon Recruitment Ltd, established in 1997. I have organically grown the business which now has 12 profit centres with over 50 staff and around 1000 temporary staff placed in work each week, with an annual turnover approaching 10 million.
